My son has been getting dental care at Westfield Pediatric Dental for about 13 years. I’ve been very happy with the quality of care he has received. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and supportive. I definitely recommend their services!!
I had an incredible experience during our first visit to this great place! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Amy was especially sweet and made the check-in process a breeze, along with the adorable sign with the new patients' names written on it, which we loved and which made us feel even more welcome. Dr. McCabe and his staff are THE BEST! My son has some unique dental issues and he gets very nervous at dental appointments, Dr. McCabe and his dental assistant Martha are incredible with him! They take their time, know how to calm him down and always get the job done with the least amount of fuss from the nervous kid. The front desk staff are wonderful always knowing how to figure insurance stuff out, etc. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Enjoyed the visit. The office e was very kind to my son and helped him feel safe about the visit. We have several visits and each time my son has been very happy.. these Vito’s with a child with Autism can be very stressful. Dr. Macabre is excellent and makes sure we can get through the cleaning as areas free as possible and my son has gotten increasingly comfortable.
We have been coming to this dentist for a few years now. I recommend all my family and friends here. From the first visit I was instantly shocked how inviting, and professional the entire appointment was. The hygienists are always really great with kids. We typically see Dr. Walk and she is so wonderful! However, due to scheduling conflicts I choose to see Dr McCabe last minute the last time for just a simple sealant appointment, and he was incredible.
