If zero stars were possible I would do so. I’ve an ongoing claim after one of their clients hit my car. It has been almost 4 months since, and it seems that they’re definitely dragging this out do I will accept a low balled offer just to get me off their books. After determining my vehicle was totaled, they did not contact me and allowed my vehicle to sit in the shop for 2 weeks. Very bad insurance company. Made a claim 2 months ago. It is not being processed. The person who is handling the case does not respond to calls/ emails. A garbage company which should be out of business. Pls do not use them ever.
