Horrible!!! please trust me I’m having to get attorney to sue them for something very simple at this point had an accident with someone insured by them that’s was clearly their fault(insured, have police report to prove)I filed a claim with them and haven’t heard anything in response it’s been a little over a week I guess the so called adjuster is waiting for the 14 day mark all I can think so guess lawyers will figure out

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service, if there was a 0 star option I would choose it! I live in Jacksonville, FL where my fiancee was in our 10 month old 2014 Ford Fusion when she was T-boned by some guy in a full size dodge pickup owned by a company with a million dollar policy. It was determined that she was not at fault by all parties.
