Slow on working with the car, has been there since last week.
Had an awesome first experience here for service! Dropped my car off at 9:30 and had it back by 11:15. They even dropped it off at my house! Worked with Adam S. and he was friendly and made my experience easy! Definitely recommend

Huge thanks to the service department at Westfield Ford for going above and beyond when we were towed in during a road trip with our three large dogs. They got us in immediately, worked for hours to get us back on the road, and even tracked down a part they didn’t have on hand.
