A friendly service and always keep you up to date on on the progress of your vehicle
Huge thanks to the service department at Westfield Ford for going above and beyond when we were towed in during a road trip with our three large dogs. They got us in immediately, worked for hours to get us back on the road, and even tracked down a part they didn’t have on hand. Had my car for 2 1/2 weeks, double my estimate after they broke a part, and the gm/service manager were actually LESS helpful than the service tech.
