This place sucks! My mother is there now and has received the worst care yet.
In the one week period that my mom was there, I think that a few nurses were nice but overall not happy with the service my mom received! It was like she wasn't there, asked for Kleenex it took over an hour. Also was surpose to get breathing treatments every four hours but a couple of days she received none ! A couple of times no towels or face clothes. Every day that I was there which was every day for a couple of hours never saw a nurse or helper . I will sat pt/ot was good , very nice people !
I have been there twice as a resident -the last time for six weeks-and always get excellent, attentive care there!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend Apple Rehab in Middletown to anyone looking for both long and short term stay.�������
Rude nurses, rude supervisors smh just RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL
They took great care of my mom. When she needed it the most.
