I was threatened by security guard Marcello R. while attempting to take my young daughter into the men's room to use a stall. This occurred at approximately 4:30 PM at the Brandon, Florida 33511 mall on Monday 11 February 2019 when I attempted to bring my young daughter into the men's room to use a stall. Taking 45 + minutes to exit the parking lot has guaranteed I will NEVER visit this mall again. I will gladly visit the multitude of shopping centers that do not have this issue. Thanks but no thanks. A hard pass on Westfield Brandon. Save your time, your money, and your sanity and make the drive towards Tampa. You will likely still get back home faster. — at Westfield Brandon.
pretty good tbh, you get to walk a lot and see lots of different people; which is especially good for me because i have PTSD

Poor security policies, it’s not safe for families and children. Slow response times, and even worst excuses. Allows unhinged shop lifters to roam around taking whatever they want and knocking displays down near small children. Terrible about communicating emergency situations to store managers and customers. Make customer’s and employee’s well being and protection your #1 priority and cease the distribution of mall memos and documents via security. It distracts them from their main objective.
