The bathrooms at the food court are absolutely disgusting. They are dirty and there are cock roaches. If they are in the bathroom then there in the food court!!!

The mall was over crowded, had filthy bathroom conditions, even in the family room, lines we're horrible and not even close to enough employees on a day after Christmas. Staff was bothered and annoyed with customers. Traffic took an hour to get out.
Every store had a discount I even used my military discount! Great � experience!!
