Started out a little rocky with obtaining access to my account and paperwork associated with the account. Then total redemption on their part. Professional, courteous, understanding and helpful up to this point in the process of my situation. Walked me through all necessary steps to direction towards the resolution I needed thus far.

As far as getting a new construction loan with this bank our experience was TERRIBLE, the loan officer we worked with would constantly forget to call us back or follow up. Something we needed to do would hit his desk and he would let it sit there until we called to ask what's going on then he'd say oh you need to do this. We applied at the beginning of June and it took until the third week in August to get the approval. There was a delay with the appraiser but many more delays with the loan officer.
