The Westfield Bank transition was not handled well. The service in the branch is just as unhelpful. No manager available to talk to, only a number to call. Check cashing through that app is not available now that we have First Financial.
Run as fast as you can
(edit) I've been banking with Westfield for many years. In the beginning they were a breath of fresh air - very friendly and customer-focused, like a community back should be. Now, they're just like everyone else (Chase, BoA, etc). Not sure what changed but I'm steadily moving my money out and cannot recommend them anymore. If I'm going to get hosed, at least I want 5000 branches from coast to coast
