I just got off the phone with Laurie at the Cuyahoga Falls office. She was WONDERFUL to me. She helped me with information I needed and made me feel like a person and not just a number! You can't ask for better treatment then she gave.
We love this bank. The ladies are always nice, anytime there was an issue, it was quickly dealt with.
I am thoroughly disgusted with this bank. They have caused me so much grief this last month. To start off my debit card got shut off randomly. When I went to the bank and explained what happened they told me that my magnetic strip had gone bad, but I could still use the card if I typed in the number manually. Which turned out to be a complete lie because now I cannot use ANY of my accounts that come out in monthly payments. I was also told that I should receive my card in a week. Westfield Bank is different than the Big Banks or even the Middle Sized Banks....they actually CARE, really and truly care about helping their customers. I recently procured a car loan from them. First of all, they actually worked to get me a good rate, they were very open and honest about the entire process and the pitfalls. Aaron had great follow up to any and all questions.
