The great reviews for this place are legit! The first time I came to Westfield Autoworks, my oil needed to be changed. Mark was able to get me out of there within 35-40 mins and replaced my brake fluid, windshield wiper fluid, and pumped air into my tires free of charge. After finding out I needed to get my brake pads replaced, Mark was able to order parts within a day and helped me replace them within an hour. Perfect shop to go to if needed something as small as a bulb / oil change to brakes and fluid flush. In & out no problem thanks to mark and his guys here!
I stopped by Westfield Autoworks on a Saturday morning, asking if there was a chance they could fit me in for a cat-back exhaust install. Mark was accommodating, and said they'd be able to make it work. It is a pretty busy shop, so that was a pleasant surprise. A few hours later the job was done. Update: Mark did it again! Same liftgate, different issue. He knew exactly what is was and fixed it right away. Side note: Subarus are great cars but I'm not thrilled with mine. My Subaru Forester power liftgate/latch system went. On top of that, the battery died. Mark and crew were great. As soon as parts came in, the car was ready the same day.
Took time out of his busy schedule to help me with giving a booster for my vehicle. Very genuine guy, will be coming back for any services I need in the future.
