I’ve hit a deer twice in the past year, and Frank and his team at Westfield Auto Body have taken such good care of me! Last year, the car was totaled and they helped walk me through the whole process - including how to work through it with my insurance company. This year, my car wasn’t totaled, and they insisted with my insurance company to use factory parts rather than aftermarket, then made my car look brand new! Couldn't be more happier with the whole experience, It was my first time in 20+ years having to have any type of body work done outside for a little work myself but after our deer encounter we needed more work than I had time for. Westfield auto body came in 100 percent the staff were more than nice, they fuly explained everything from start to finish and we're very fast. The day came to pick it up after completion and the car looked better than the day we bought it, A+ guys and gals!!!!!! 😎😎😁😁
