no complaints about this business! dealt with a hit and run incident a few months ago and westfield auto body made the process so smooth! the staff were accommodating to my schedule, were very thorough with their work, communicated through the whole process, and overall great customer service. not only was my car repaired, but came with a beautiful car detailing. i’m not from the area, moved here recently and have really enjoyed finding genuine, small businesses. thank you guys for your work!
Lilian was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She stayed on top of every detail. The rest of the staff did a fantastic job on our vehicle repair as well. Highly recommend Westfield Auto Body for both their customer service and quality work!
