Well equipped and friendly staff
the private rooms are disgusting one of my pants i put in the locker had white stuff i didnt notice and it ruined my pants i had to throw them away , on top of that the carpet near the jacuzzi shower area has like a huge black mold spot thats covers most of the walking area to leave the jacuzzi and sauna area , carpet is old and dirty the most expensive membership and they havent once thought to remodel or change those carpets , will be cancelling my membership disgusting
Terrible customer service. Front desk staff is no help.
