Horrible mall. Security does absolutely nothing but stand around bullshitting with the ridiculous kiosk people that are trying to straighten your hair or throw lotion at you. If security isn't standing around doing that then they are walking around looking at their cell phone. If there is ever an issue at a store they can't do anything about it. Had an extremely annoying experience this past weekend. I was attempting to purchase a gift card as a birthday present. I went to the lord and taylor court where the customer service kiosk used to be. The kiosk was no longer there, so I jumped online and looked at the westfield website to find out where to go. The website told me that there was an automated gift card machine right where I was standing. Since that was obviously not the case, I located a mall directory.
