To be succinct, the office runs like Rolex watch. Everything is done efficiently and each step is explained thoroughly. Dr. Westfall is an excellent surgeon and his staff is knowledgeable, friendly , and courteous to a fault. What more can I say !
I'm incredibly grateful for this facility and practice. After visiting Urgent Care for a very painful corneal abrasion, I went to Westfall. Since I had never experienced eye complications before, I didn't have a preferred ophthalmologist. The pain was severe, and I can't imagine how much worse it would have become if I hadn't sought help. Dr. Paul applied a contact bandage, which has truly been a lifesaver.
