We hired Westfall Roofing to replace the roofs on two of our church buildings. Brian our sales representative, David the on-site supervisor and all the workmen provided very courteous and professional service. Because we had set a deadline for the job to be completed before our on-site Vacation Bible School started, Cassidy our assigned Intake Coordinator was especially helpful in calming our nerves that the job would be completed by the deadline, which they successfully met. I chose Westfall Roofing because of their reputation and their Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor status. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. My salesperson was Rick. During the sales process, I discussed adding ISO insulation under my flat roof. I had received four other quotes that included this insulation, and because of our conversations, I believed it was included in my contract. I chose JA Edwards because I believed they would professionally handle my insurance roofing claim from start to finish. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. Throughout the project, JA Edwards worked directly with my insurance company and managed the supplement process. At no point was I clearly informed that I could end up personally responsible for several thousand dollars if the insurance carrier did not release all of the funds or if the claim remained open when my home sold. An excellent job repairing the roofs of all three of my houses. Not only were the roofs fixed beautifully by great workers but the staff including Shawna was incredibly helpful in filling out paperwork and attending to every need possible in a timely and kind manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a seamless and stress free roof repair!
