The work I had done was to have a Generac unit installed as a back up in case the electricity goes out. The gentlemen that came to install, the unit were wonderful. They were considerate, professional, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job throughout the installation. They were so neat and picked up after themselves, and I am very pleased with the work that they did.
They knew exactly what and how to replace the breaker panel. They asked me what I needed and desired results. They had a definite procedure that they followed which resulted in minimal time without power. They cleaned up after themselves and went over the finished job with me. They were very professional and competent.
I’ve been very pleased with all my dealing with the Westfalls. They installed a generator and have done several electrical works for us, they are a to notch company and Family!
I’ve had my generator for two years now and boy am I glad I have it. Curt Westfall and his team put it in and are always available for calls if needed. They are very good at explaining all the ways to keep your generator running smoothly. I was without power for two days and my generator took over. I only realized the power was back on by getting a text that my generator was ready to run! (again if needed). So glad I chose Westfall Electric!
