Great people working there. Very attentive and courteous. Been with them for years. The only thing that bothers me is no ATM machine in town except for the one at the bank. They need another one like mid town Pecos.
First credit union I have a bad experience with. I recently opened an account here but definitely not what I expected which is why I closed my account. One of the ladies had an attitude and gave an ugly look when helping to close my account, what type of customer service is that!! Never had to deal with this before. Some of the staff members there are really nice, but my experience wasn’t what I expected. Then they charge you so many fees for anything even to close an account. I’ve never had to go thru that.
