I had an amazing experience with these folks. Melinda at the chech-in desk is efficient and professional, while being a very sweet person. Ally and Michael helped me improve to a greater degree than I thought possible. They actually listen when you describe your condition, and respond with therapies that they adapt to your needs, even that day if appropriate. At the same time being just wonderful people. The whole experience was so much better than my previous exposures to Physical Therapy. I can't thank them all enough.
Came here for my physical therapy for my back, Kelsey and Michael were AMAZING! However, one front desk ladies were not. I had a balance and chose not to pay it right then and there before my appointment. And the front desk lady then proceeded to ask me why I couldn’t pay it… I have never had this happen before especially from a medical facility and it caught me by surprised. It was VERY unprofessional and totally uncalled for. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth about COPC as a whole.
