I was seen promptly, very little wait time. I was treated with respect and I have no complaints about my appointment!
I have Dr. Quang as my primary care physician. She has been nothing but wonderful. She pays attention to details of any concerns that I bring and share about even beyond of health related issues. She is empathetic, sensitive, understanding and cares her patients' wellbeing. Staff working there is friendly and efficient. I gave a feedback to change their communication system one time and it was reflected promptly for the better services.
As always Dr. Dorado listened to me and worked with me to help in determining what I needed. Been going to him for over 18 years and don’t plan on changing!
I love Dr. Helen Kwong ! She listens and responds with knowledge from her training, experience and current research. She never seems to be in a rush.
