8 years in a row! Each year I have an annual appt with bloodwork to get my prescription re-filled. For the 8th straight year, WIM has failed to then call in my prescription. After spending 20 minutes on hold, and being guilted into feeling like it's my fault, they have agreed to call it in. Many years I have to call back because they didn't do it after my first call. We'll see how this year goes.
Been going there for years. They have been a critical partner in my good health.
