I was a patient of Dr. Hughes for years and was seen by multiple physicians at this practice. Unfortunately, I had to move out of state and could no longer be seen in the office. Dr. Hughes was always willing to listen and help with whatever issues I had. Grateful to have met Dr. Hughes and work with her over the years!
We typically see Dr. Richard as our PCP, however, there have been times Dr. Hughes is the doctor available. All the doctors our family has seen at Westerville Family Physicians have been great! Thank you all.
I've been here 3 times and every time its just a mess. They do not know what they're doing here. I needed a vaccine for nursing school. After they gave it to me they said they accidently gave me the wrong thing. They do not care about patient safety here. Also Dr. Hughes, is not a good doctor. She'll brush over any problems you had. I was in an accident and she didn't care that I was still having headaches several months later. Horrible practice, I'm searching for a new practice in the future.
