Dr. Tang is a great doctor. She's very knowledgeable and thorough. She has a good bedside manner. She listens to my concerns and is proactive in my care plan. Her staff is also professional, caring and efficient. I'm very grateful for her.
The entire staff from registration, lab, nursing, pharmacist, dietitian, scheduling, etc is wonderful. I am very confident and comfortable in Dr. Kander’s care.
Checked in with receptionist. After 20 minutes my name was called and I was told to “hang on”. Receptionist came over 7 minutes later and apologized that she forgot to let my Dr know I was there and the Dr left for the day. Now I have to take another morning off work to go to the appointment. Really bummed about it since it was a struggle to get there in the first place but I was there for my 3:00 appt. :-(
