It's great to have a CoOp member credit union when Security Service Federal Credit Union has computer issues. Westerra was very helpful and friendly.
Bad customer service. Bad management service should be working in a pawn bank shop Went in to cash a check from customer. The check was insufficient funds the manager and home office decided to hold on the check I had to call the police to retrieve the check from them manager Dave Miller was a joker bad business stay away
Honestly the worst experience i've ever had with a Financial institution. We took out 2 home improvement loans (Westerra was recommended by our contractor) and have been jumping through hoops ever since. Our first payment was due and we were placed in default, however, we never received an account number or way to set up payments. It took a total of 3 days and a few phone calls to set up auto pay for both of our loans.
