I have been a customer of Westerra Credit Union for over 10 years. I have never had a reason to directly interact with the staff at the Smoky Hill location since they closed the Alameda location (staff was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable to deal with). Typically, I deal with the shared credit union branches due to this location being inconvenient and out of my way. Today I had to go inside to take care of something and I was treated very rudely. The 1 star is for Nancy. Nancy was amazing. The 1st lady was about to catch these hands. Pretended my card didn't work, and had the general snobby attitude all while screwing up. As an 80 yr old woman she should know better. She better be GLAD Nancy was there to fix her mistakes.
