Good customer service and good prices
After years of being a customer, Western’s is refusing me service because I fired the brother-in-law from my construction project for breach of contract due to grossly exceeding timelines and cheating me out of 20% of the project funds as well as massive out-of-pocket costs. This is absolutely absurd, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Knowing this is how Western’s is run, I’m glad to be done doing business with them. Steer clear.
