Have my 2017 Holden Calais serviced in different states due to work movements. Had a few car issues after a service in Canberra February 2024 (John McGrath ex-Holden), and took it to ex-Holden Westernport (now MG/Hyundai). They fixed the issues which seemed to be from the previous service not done properly. Very grateful and will trust them with my next car services.

Called these potatoes, confirmed the car was available and booked an inspection. Upon arriving at the dealership they told me car was at the detailers and not available to look at. Can't put into words my disappointment in having to drive 1.5 hours for nothing. This isn't miscommunication, it's incompetance.

Dealing with Mike made buying my new car effortless, and the best experience I have had buying a car. It was clear from my initial contact, thru to the final sale that Mike made every effort to ensure that I was completely satisfied with all details of the sale. Any concerns and questions (even the silly ones) that I had were answered succinctly and completely.
