Honestly I thought It would be a great idea to move in but NOPE staff is rude and don’t know anything apparently.
I've never left a bad review, this is my first. I am just BEYOND frustrated and I've exhausted every last drop of patience in me. I currently live here and i wish i would've never moved in. Unfortunately, I signed a contract before knowing the ACs don't work, and apparently neither does the maintenance crew or matter of fact i was being told by the manager that there is no maintenance crew/man here. It takes MONTHS (literally) to get anything fixed. I was without hot water for 3 months before it was fixed. Right now my kids ... read more
