This place is a joke. Called when my furnace went out in the middle of January, only to have it returned broken worse than before. After 30 days and a ton of sad excuses and no return calls from the owner, picked it up. Called a rv parts supplier in Idaho Falls and they personally delivered the part in 2 days. the young man showed me how to replace it. Furnace has worked fine with no help from Kody.
End of september we had a slide motor stop working and was stranded outside Jackson Wyoming without being able to bring slide in. Contacted Western Wyoming RV at the recommendation of Good Sam's. Tech made it out the following day and replaced one motor but slide would not close still. He disconnected the motors and pushed the slide in saying he cannot fix in the field. This is the WORST service ever they have screwed me all summer good sam approved a claim . Weeks ago and as usual no calls sewer issue electrical issue and here I still sit while he collect over 10,000 dollars for warranty work. I'm an older single women who he has taken advantage off oh did I mention he wanted the 10 000 dollars up front from me fraud is all I have to say and do not expect him to return calls or show up
We had an issue with our landing gear while traveling through the area. Cody made himself available to see us after hours and helped us figure out the best way forward. He’s knowledgeable and we are thankful he was able to support us!
Couldn’t recommend Cody more! He was available on short notice and worked to fit us in right away ( which ended up being after hours as we were traveling into town). Knowledge and efficient!
