Horrible insurance company
The worst, performed a audit using their own data rather than my company financails and sent me a demand for an additional $1500 in past premium. Stay Away
Absolute trash company!!! Never had such an awful experience in all my years of business, I trusted my insurance agency when they said they found a cheaper company - I guess they didn't look at the reviews. Cost me a FORTUNE! What ever they offer to 'save' you in a monthly premium will cost you thousands and thousands in sham audits!! You really get what you pay for, I can't believe they don't have a class action against them yet!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. In the middle of my policy term, they significantly increased my premium despite the fact that I have had zero claims. There were no losses, no incidents, and no changes in my business operations that would justify such an increase. I have carried general liability insurance with several other companies in the past, and I have never experienced a mid-term premium increase like this.
