Absolute trash company!!! Never had such an awful experience in all my years of business, I trusted my insurance agency when they said they found a cheaper company - I guess they didn't look at the reviews. Cost me a FORTUNE! What ever they offer to 'save' you in a monthly premium will cost you thousands and thousands in sham audits!! You really get what you pay for, I can't believe they don't have a class action against them yet!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. In the middle of my policy term, they significantly increased my premium despite the fact that I have had zero claims. There were no losses, no incidents, and no changes in my business operations that would justify such an increase. I have carried general liability insurance with several other companies in the past, and I have never experienced a mid-term premium increase like this. This is the absolute worst insurance company on the face of the planet. They are fraudulent and do not even follow their own policies. They will do continuous audits of their policy holders that are never ending to run up expenses and increase the policy. Then to make matters worse when you cancel the policy they audit you again and charge you more than the cost of the policy in their “after policy audit” any insurance agent who writes with them is not looking out for you and is only looking to line their own pockets.
Rate increases for the last 3 years totaling almost 200% increase with my company profits level or slightly decreasing. Now getting audited and they want charge me 50% of what my premium was for the last year. We have zero claims and even try to go above and beyond to limit our exposure. They tried using our full income from multiple sources to claim our exposure went up. Very back handed and shady company. There better options for business insurance. Don't trust these guys.
Just received a call that my company owes 800+ dollars for a policy that was paid in full. Not sure what kind of scam insurance company this is but they can kick rocks. My policy was paid in full and no claims every in the 20+ years of being in business
