My experience with Western Wisconsin Urology was disappointing from start to finish. I waited two weeks after my doctor sent a referral and never received a call. I finally had to contact the clinic myself. During that call, I wasn’t asked where I was coming from to see if there was a closer clinic location, there seemed to be very little interest in my information or situation, and the person I spoke with came across as uninterested in genuinely helping me. Very impressed with all the staff. It was a blessing to have great people around me during a hard time.
Appointments are always on time with good reminders. Dr Josiah Nelson is excellent and the Physical Therapist Nadine is the best!
