This recent window storm saw my screen door smash the exterior glazed. Rob measured the window and will have it replaced tomorrow morning! The projected time line was two weeks so this is AMAZING. I am thrilled.

Rob and his team at Western Windows installed our new storm windows. The service was professional, discreet, and fast. Even replaced the last window short-staffed on short notice. The new windows and white interior frames brighten up our home and cut down noise and heat-loss. Exterior tint matches our apartment's aesthetic to code. Great work!
As a custom home builder I deal with a lot of trades and have for 30 years. Todays appointment with Western Windows was one of the more unprofessional interactions I’ve had in a while… I won’t be calling these guys back, I don’t recommend you do either
