We have eighteen Western Windows in our home and shop. Have been pleased with the quality, price and service. We purchased our windows from BMC Idaho Falls. We had a problem with a latch on one window. Service tech, John, from Western Window called two days prior to his visit to schedule an appointment. He was prompt, pleasant and courteous.
