I work with Western Wholesale in my job for a local home builder. They are wonderful to work with and get out immediately to take care of any issues that our homeowners report. They offer amazing customer service every time.
Had a spring break and door would not open. Called Western in the morning, got it fixed that same day. $125.00 lower then another company and another quoted me $1,500.00 and said bearing, wheels and a bunch of other parts needed replaced. Western now has a loyal customer.
They responded quickly to the message I left. They came and professionally replaced the broken garage door spring and identified that the other spring was in need of replacing as it was about to break. They were great to work with.
