Have been seeing Dr McCracken for 32 years he is a great doctor. The billing office is horrible. They billed the wrong insurance and kept charging me. Now after 32 years because of a balance of 1900 dollars that they need to bill the right insurance I can no longer see my doctor. After the thousands of dollars paid them in 32 years they have blocked my account. I am sick and cannot make an appointment. Great doctor and nurses but billing terrible the post name is wrong this is Gerald S
