I really enjoyed coming in as new Patient. Dr Mazraani really shows her concern with my health. Shanice was very helpful and respectful and treated me with so much respect. I also appreciated the health educator Ezeah encouraging me to do better with my health. Im so glad to be a western Wayne Family Health Patient. From the front desk all the way down to the laboratory services nothing but greatness.

Extremely slow , unprofessional staff . Avoid avoid this location . I can hear there whole personal conversation and hear them speaking about patients private medical history and who they do and don’t like . Socializing as if this isn’t a professional business I wish there was a complain like they wouldn’t even believe the conversations I have recorded
Poor came to a doctors appointment on 6/30/2025 and was prescribed medication. Clinic never sent prescriptions. Came to the clinic same week Thursday they promised to send the prescriptions never did. Spoke to the supervisor on today for follow up appointment 7/8/2025 service continues to be poor. Dr. Mazraani needs to do what she says she’s going to do or follow up behind her office staff.
I love it here...the staff is so kind and patient and very helpful. They always take the best care of me!!!
