I went in to see my new doctor ms Malcom provider & chosen by unhc signed in after asking the reason for my visit to I responded i was in an car accident 4 day's ago i was told I couldn't be seen because of no claim number being automobile related i asked for office manager i could hear laughter behind the desk i told the manager that i was a victim involved not owner of the vehicle so i wouldn't have that information was told I could only be seen if i said it wasn't accident related so i wheelchair out hurt in pain and stre... read more
This place is the worst I went in there the other day and sometimes I have a strutting problem and the two ladies behind the counter made fun of me and didn’t pay attention to what I was trying to say . I have never been treated so badly in my life I just left so that being said those ladies should be fired and if they think I will ever step a foot in there again . I gave them a 1 but I cannot give them anything lower .
Hello, Ive been an active patient for awhile now. I would like to say Brittani is a wonderful employee she puts all of the patients needs ahead of hers. On my visit due to the extent of people trying to get in she made sure that I was taken care of and did a followup. So, I really do appreciate that she is there... lol I tend to try to get into her chair just because of the spirit she has.
Best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. My mouth was badly hurting and I had called so many other offices until I found Wayne Western. They were able to help me get my insurance situated and make sure I no longer had to suffer the mouth pain. I woke up the next day feeling new. I was also able to get squeezed on a tight tight cleaning schedule. They were so accommodating! Definitely recommend!
Me and my family have received excellent care at the dental clinic. From cleaning to fillings. Dr. Ramos has been amazing with me and my anxiety. I highly recommend him to anyone that has high anxiety with dental. He has truly helped me. The front staff has been very helpful as well and the rest of the staff. Just amazing! I can't say enough about this place. Thankful we have started coming here.
