Abel was the one who did the original inspection, was very professional and informative.Jonathan was the technician who completed the job. He was also very professional and got the job done in a timely fashion. Great customer service!
Update: called the office again no phone call back. Do i need to drive to the office and ask for the owner. 8/26/25. I will go on nextdoor and ask for help too. I had an appointment for an inspection between 9-10am, no one showed up. I called the office left message on recorder. Got a call back this girl who called back said 'how can that be if the inspector has an appointment in sunnyvale.she said she would call him to see how long it would be. She never called back. Western Way went above and beyond to take care of us. We recently purchased a home that had some remodeling done, which inadvertently concealed any trace of termites during an initial inspection. When evidence of termites showed up months later, Western Way fully covered the expense to treat the intrusion even though it was not their fault. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and sympathetic. Truly appreciate how they treat their customers and stand by their work. Great small town company. Good work ethic. Highly recommended.
