I can’t comment on their pest services- but if you see a house inspection report from them just trash it. The only things that stood out in the report were: “I’m not an electrician - so can’t report on…. I’m not a plumber so I can’t report on… I’m not a hvac specialist so I can’t report on…” end of the day, there was nothing in The report except all fluff and no stuff. The house had so many basic problems that the inspector failed to see. Thinking of pursuing this legally against them
