Western Way has been my go-to pest inspection and service company for many years, both professionally and personally, and I can’t recommend them enough. Their attention to detail is excellent, and their customer service is consistently outstanding. They’re responsive, responsible, easy to work with, and always follow through. Having a reliable pest inspection company I can trust is so important in my business, and Western Way has absolutely earned that trust over the years. Highly recommend!
I can’t comment on their pest services- but if you see a house inspection report from them just trash it. The only things that stood out in the report were: “I’m not an electrician - so can’t report on…. I’m not a plumber so I can’t report on… I’m not a hvac specialist so I can’t report on…” end of the day, there was nothing in The report except all fluff and no stuff. The house had so many basic problems that the inspector failed to see. Thinking of pursuing this legally against them
Chris & Jonathan are good people and they take care of business. It was a pleasure! Thank you.
Great communication, competitive pricing, on time, serves the Monterey Bay as well.
Brandon A came and sprayed just after moving into our new place. Since spraying we’ve barely seen any spiders. 10/10 would recommend!
