I had an appointment for an inspection between 9-10am, no one showed up. I called the office left message on recorder. Got a call back this girl who called back said 'how can that be if the inspector has an appointment in sunnyvale.she said she would call him to see how long it would be. She never called back. When I called back i spoke to another girl and explained the situation. She apologized and acknowledged he was double booked for that time. The inspector came out very nice guy. Jonathon did a great job on removing nests on my 2 story hours. I am very pleased with the service and communication provided by Webster and would highly recommend them
