We were in full panic mode when we discovered an issue with our well. Western Water Wells answered the phone, no one else did and one of their staff came to our home to inspect the issue outside and inside on a Saturday! He called Monday to follow up and again on Tuesday as the issue appeared to have corrected itself, but he wanted to ensure we knew what to do, why this issue had likely happened, etc. It was an instant relief to work with such a customer oriented service who demonstrated care and concern for our issue.
