RecommendedWe woke up to no water. After determining it wasn’t a problem in the house, we called the water co. They had a tech come out within 40 minutes. They found the meter frozen as the lid was missing. Thawed it out and had us back online in a few minutes. Great job! Thankful they have Saturday crew members willing to work in sun freezing temps. Five star!!!
"non profit corporation" is a joke. I purchased a home in February, where the water was locked upon purchase. I was charged a hefty fee just to put in my name. it's remained locked for several months as we do repairs, however I've been charged monthly for 'water access'. when I requested it be unlocked I was told it was illegal for the tech to do that because he didn't have access to the account for proof of payment... stating locks are only put on for non-payment. balance was 0 upon purchase. it's may, still no water access... read more
This company is a monopoly swindling us out of are money. With uncouth receptionist/ management. So greedy they would rather watch you die over some money then try to help. I recommend if anyone dose not have to go to this company DO NOT!
