Claudia was extremely knowledgeable about the services being offered and was very in tune with my needs. Claudia was able to bundled all my insurance needs into a package that is significantly cheaper than other companies. I was able to get the exact coverage I was looking for and whenever I have a question, my agent Claudia is always available. I highly recommend Western Valley Insurance if you are looking for quick replies, great customer service, and even greater coverage.
Why didn't we move our service from the other guys (Fa^^#7$) SOONER!?!? I don't know (really busy work schedule to be honest) BUT we now have the most attentive and knowledgeable agent in town with Claudia Ducheneaux @ Western Valley Insurance! Claudia made the switch easy too... e-mailed our auto/home declarations to her and she provided several options, not only save us money but to increase our value with more coverage!
