As a full time RV’r who spends 6 months in Michigan and 6 months in Arizona but we Have a mail forwarding service in South Dakota which is our domicile state. We don’t have a Michigan license I find it backward thinking that you must show a Michigan license to get a Covid Test. You would think the state would want to know if you have Covid if you’re coming from a different state!!
