The medical office on the second floor has a few rather rude phone staff. One receptionist named Crystle in particular is quite grumpy , there is at least one else there with a similar name so maybe confusion lead to her not being repermanded. The one with a similar name fills in for doctors when they are out of office and is a pleasure to talk to vs the lady who works reception though.
