I would give a zero if is possible. I want others to be aware and not do business with ManhattanLife. I opened an annuity 3 years ago the process was fast and smooth no delay in 2 days was approved good service. Now is time to close the account and I want to transfer my money to another company where I am getting better and higher interest rates. They BAITED me with a quote on medigap insurance then there under writing dept. looks at it (my wife) and deny the policy. RE:They said they didn't like the meds she was taking. 3 meds? They only want people with no physical problems AT ALL!!! A total waste of time!!!!! Beware!
