We did a Western Union and they put the sender's wrong address which was printed on the WU correctly. She couldn't or wouldn't change it. She did let me speak to 2 people at Western Union on the phone that didn't speak English. They wouldn't change it and it cost me a $14,500 vehicle sale. Rule of thumb, don't put a kid in charge of Western Union or customer service when they haven't been trained properly or professionally.
