I came to this western union last week and picked money up that my dad sent me and I lost my I.d so I showed the woman a picture of it and she typed all of my information in and gave me the money. I just came in again today and there was a woman and a man and when I tried to show them my I.d on my phone the lady said “no we can’t accept that because we have to scan it in” which is not true because the other woman clearly typed all of my information in the last time.
