I just had a horrible customer service experience. The person name Rachele. I’m expecting a cash transferred to me via western union and majority of them have restrictions on an allowable amount. And I know I’m expecting the amount that not every location is able and allowing to give. The staff don’t really know what they’re doing Never going to this location again
This is a nice place nice staff but the only problem is that I don't like they're Western Union machines go down and you have to wait like an hour or two and come back and do your transaction
