The young man at the counter was just as frustrated by WU inability to help...he was told they could not help him because the sender was in Ecuador. I called and the money was verified for pick up...yet the computer would not allow me to get my money and when I called WU I was told to go to another location...he might as well have said go do business with another provider next time. I spent an hour an 30 minutes with no help from WU...I am so angry at WU
