I called to inquire what I needed to bring in to send a western Union payment. The call was disconnected and I called back. The representative at that time stated the call was not disconnected. Thus meaning, she admittingly hung up on me. Had she heard me out, she would have realized I was requesting help to understand what I needed in order to be prepared before going in to process a transaction.
