Victoria working here on 11/25/23 was the most rudest and ignorant customer service rep i have ever encountered
I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with teller Gloria. I was attempting to cash a check I had received from selling clothes. She said she had to call and confirm that the Western Union would be able to cash it. She then proceeded to call five different people and ask them if I was authorized to have that check. I was very upset at the implications and the lack of professionalism from Gloria. I will never be returning to this location, I suggest you don’t bother either
